I build every telescope here at Plettstone.  I personally set up and test every scope under the skies.  If you call me, I'll likely be here.  Because I am working in the shop almost every day.

Lead times are significant for primary mirrors.  You will find this problem with every telescope manufacturer.  I will personally keep you updated with shipping status.  I will normally keep a few mirrors in stock to help alleviate this problem.

We guarantee your scope for one full year from the date of your delivery from manufacturing defects.
